Might still be worth buying as Maui Jim will inevitably say they cannot replace the lens but instead have x% off a new pair. MJ have really good customer service.
Or you could have prescription lenses fitted. Did that to a pair of RayBans myself years ago and chucked out the original lenses.

If you can get them you you would have to by a pair and they would cost you £75+. They may well be glass in which case although they'd be tempered and quite tough they will still break. It's one of those things, if you happen to need just that piece of maybe part of the frame it's much cheaper than going to the dealers. But otherwise it's worthless.
