    Anything Similar to

    The BB58?

Just wondering if anything like the case size (thickness and width (ooer)) of the BB58 which also has good power reserve

Just thinking of flipping mine for something else but I do wear the BB58 most of time, don’t even take it off for bed has become a true everyday watch.

So wondering what’s out there similar

"I wear this watch all the time, but I'd like to sell it and get something as close as possible."

    Only on TZ-UK!

Tudor Ranger. Identical case, identical movement, no bezel and a different dial. My BB58 isn’t going anywhere, best daily wearer I’ve owned in a long long time.

    True.

Just thinking something more expensive and exciting but not sure it’s worth the swap

Think this is it, it wears too well, just you know how it goes thinking of something else

I’d keep the 58 and maybe try something like a Sinn 556 as an addition - similar size, different look

More expensive might be harder… MAYBE one of the Breitlings or Omegas or BP FF

    Less expensive would be easier

    Rado
    PRS-60
    Squale 1545
    NTH
    San Martin
    Tourby (maybe)
    Certina at a push

If power reserve is a must that’s probably only the Rado from that list..

Obvious answer is a Sub …. But you are likely correct that it’s not worth the swap. Plus it is a bit more chunky.

    How about this Grand Seiko?

    https://www.goldsmiths.co.uk/Grand-S...=Grand%20Seiko

Similar size, thickness and quartz so no worries about the power reserve!

Fit and finish are a step above the Tudor I'd say.

Maybe I am a snob or not educated in the ways of the Grand Seiko but I am not sure I could ever spend that much on a Seiko along with it being a quartz.

    (flame suit is on)

The above is probably true of most of the brands with the over hype and price of their pieces but thats where my head is at with it.

But I do like the idea of maybe a GMT function.

You'll only regret selling it, and then you'll buy another one. And if you're wearing it constantly then power reserve isn't really an issue.

Just keep it and enjoy it mate.

This is true, keep looking at a Pelagos 39 but not sure if the swap is worth the new experience plus I think I prefer the LHD which is larger due to the more vintage dial

I picked up a BB58 late last year and it’s one of my favourite watches now. I’ve returned to a view that 39/40mm is enough.

But on to the topic. If you’re after a similar watch and want to stay with a retro diver, how about the Seiko 62MAS?
I was admiring a colleague’s model, worn on a NATO, on Monday. Available for under a grand!

    Again not really my thing.

But during this morning I have made a call to my Local AD about possibly looking at a different strap combination for the 58, we shall see what they say and of course the price too.

You can go ahead and just pop any 20mm strap on it you know. Much cheaper that way and way more variety
