Enamel paint touch up - any advice?

I have a lovely vintage piece with blue enamel painted dial but there are a couple of specks of damage on the dial, and around the date window, which need re-spotting. Does anyone have any idea who might be able to help me with this? I'm after as light a touch as possible. Many thanks for reading.
