For those of you who have not seen IG lighting up with posts about a Military/issued/Rolex meeting in London this weekend, here’s a link to sone photos.
The watch display “secure location” was actually the house of commons “strangers dining room”, right next to the members dining room. Security was house of commons own security and armed Metropolitan police.
You couldn’t make it up.
It was absolutely incredible, been to a few of these and imo this tops the lot.

It was fabulous! Really good to catch up with you again Colin.
The watches were the usual exotica - lots of mil subs and Comex, a plethora of other rare issued watches and a large number of special and interesting pieces like vintage Daytonas, Longines split second chronos and so on.
The meeting had been scheduled for 2020 but the pandemic intervened, so it was fabulous to see so many old friends from across the world after a hiatus.

Have been seeing snippets on IG from a few people I follow. Not a huge vintage guy but looks like a great meet up and some seriously nice watches brought out. First saw pics from Issued 3 up in Liverpool and was looking forward to seeing pics from this one.
