    I love the way a good clean restores the watch with all its history. Without going throug brushing and polishing. Awsome!

    Theres patina and patina. I thought this was a 2023 watch being serviced. As others have said , the correct tools just make the job better, even down to the segmented plate the dismantled parts are stored in.

    Yes, I was also wondering about that. Great photos and an interesting read. Also nice to see that someone isn't afraid of a Rolex being (very) used!

    It was a few gears to the secondhand that has stop working and was worn out.
