Seemed to be honest and professional.
Also dealt directly with Jason.
Bought a watch not long ago (through Chrono), talked with Jason on WhatsApp and had no issues whatsoever.

To add to this I've dealt with Jason at Bramlys as well.
I bought an Omega that turned out to have Goldsmiths pre owned warranty over ride sticker on the warranty card. Which said it voided the omega warranty. Whether it did or not I didn't want to have to find out. It was not declared on the sales advert and Jason was incredibly apologetic. It was an oversight at their end. Arranged to have the watch returned within 24 hours and refunded no questions. Plus 2 bottles of red wine sent to me for my "trouble".
I would say some of the best customer service I've ever had. And proof of how they operate when something goes wrong. Also getting to know Jason I found out he used to live literally just down the road from where I am now. Small world and all that.
