    More SBS oddness

There’s currently an CWC SBS listed on the bay.

    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/404201045...edia=WHATS_APP

It’s got an extra set of numbers on the case back that I’ve never seen before.
I then noticed that it’s on a Admiralty NATO,
    With no paperwork,
and in other items he’s selling some “Pool” (sic) pottery….
    Coincidence surely,

Is this a new effort by CWC to identify military issued watches
and to spot them being sold in auction sites.

    Thanks John.
That’s scuppered my selling pads of 1033’s business idea.

So much for eBay alerts then. I'm supposed to get an email when any SBS gets listed.

I'll be watching this though so thanks for the heads up.

The new numbers almost look Photoshopped on.

Wouldn’t the date and issue number do the same thing?

    One would think so John,
Perhaps an effort to distinguish them from “non issued” sales.

They could mark them with a little arrow or something ?

    That would be an idea
Wonder why they haven’t thought of it?

The “extra security numbers” are a real deterrent aren’t they

There are currently 3 'new with tags' SBS on eBay. I've asked all three sellers if they have the CWC warranty card and not one does. What's going on?

That 'unwanted present' is apparently her ex-husband's but he never used it. Hmmm… really?
