I'm extremely fortunate, currently 61 and don't take anything at all, hopefully it will continue that way.

Mrs WB doesn't either, but she is only 23 and has a vigorous job pole dancing so she gets strenuous workouts twice a day which keeps her healthy and in tip top shape.

47 and have to take meds for my underactive thyroid, and seasonal alergies.
Apart from that take multivitamins and vitamin D + K2 spray daily
Only hit the paracetamol or ibuprofen if I cannot keep the headache away with coffee or a good nights sleep.

Just back from having the CRT implanted seven this morning until just very nearly four hours in surgery ye gods the last implant took an hour.
