A fabulous brand that in my opinion make some of the most beautiful and unusual watches I’ve ever seen. Definitely on my list of future ‘Must haves’ !

Thanks, great read and fantastic photos.
Glashütte Original had me hooked with the Seventies chronograph, still don't own one, but that day just hasn't arrived yet.
The more I read and see what Glashütte Original has to offer, the more I can relate to your passion for the company.

What an amazing journey, with equally amazing watches! I feel lucky to own 1 GO big date - the Sea Q Two Tone. The more I look at the brand, the more I want another!

Superb, I've re-discovered my panomatic lunar XL over the past week, and i can't believe how cool a watch it is to wear. Any ideas of selling it have been firmly banished.

Lovely photos! The senator observer with the black dial would be my pick of the bunch!

    Congrats Jocke

GO are ridiculous value for money for the quality of workmanship, especially second hand. Famous last words and that, but I can't see a situation where I'd sell my Panomatic Lunar. Maybe unless someone gave me a Senator Perpetual Calendar or they made a slightly smaller Seventies I suppose...

As always Jocke your articles have amazing information and your usual stunning photos.

I really like the sports models, for their go anywhere and do anything approach.

The case is just a bit too thick for me.

Stunning photographs (as always) of some beautiful watches. My top 3:

    1. PanoMaticLunar. And I'm not generally a fan of white dialled watches but that is exquisite.
    2. PanoReserve. A work colleague is picking up one of these this weekend; I can't wait to see it.
    3. Glashütte Senator Observer.

It's actually galvanised silver. Photographs tend to show it white but it varies from white to silver white according to the light/angle. Definitely see one in the flesh if you can - you're not wrong about it being impressive.
