The header says Hounslow (and there is one in Hounslow).
Sounds like an intentional donation - the article i read said it wasn't a charity shop "find" per se but something they turned up while sorting through new donations.
Even so, one hell of a donation... I cant help wonder if someone is missing that and wondering where it went.
Was just reading this. Good to see it this way round and not a case of a knowing buyer pay a few pounds for it to then sell it on for ~£10k.

Chiswick is in the London borough of Hounslow, (and a hell of a lot posher than Hounslow itself) it may have also come from the Hounslow branch admittedly.
The one in Chiswick has the exact same clothing items as SC but it’s all for charity…
