Pollock-esque painted dials - done aftermarket

I have seen a few of these done - notably a Speedie Pro that looked awesome - and am looking for the same for my GS.

Anyone know who might be able to do this?
The only chap I found was The Dial Artist but he has gone all commercial, doing commissions for a company now and seems to have stopped doing private work.
(I contacted him via website, email and Insta - he ignored all comms. Cock.)

    How hard could it be?
Get some paints and a toothbrush.
Dip toothbrush in paint and flick the bristles at the dial.
Quite like that Seiko, might have to get a sterile dial homage and try it.

    Sounds like fun :)
