I've been really good so far, only one in and more out this year... a net reduction.

Unfortunately, one of my work colleagues is trying to tempt me into buying a Helm he wants to offload.

Having not tried out that particular brand, it's proving very difficult to hold my resolve.

It's been 10 months since my last incoming and have been very tempted by a few watches recently, but must resist as I'm putting money away for a (large for me) car purchase next year.

Well the year is grinding to a close and I'm not displeased with how it's gone.

It's helped that there's not been a lot to interest me in SC, and only one new issue (Damasko DC96) that truly tempted, but the silly price killed that stone dead!

And to top it all, a watch I've had for sale for AGES finally found a buyer and left for the US today...

Without exception these were all watches I enjoyed owning, but since lockdown, and with truly enormous builders bills, actually going-out anywhere, going on holiday, &c, are no longer A Thing, so dozens of watches gathering dust is even sillier than usual...

Hopefully next year will get a few more moved-on.

Very happy with this year being a more sensible affair.

Very early in the year in came a Sinn 104 blue dial a lovely watch that I have worn a lot.

Soon after the scurfa diver went to pastures new as a one in at least one out policy kicked in.

Later in the year I gifted my SARB035 to the son as a well done gift.

Also in a bid to reduce the high % divers element of my hoard I sold an skx007.

The second incoming of the year was a Helm Vanuatu.

I traded a Heimdallr skx and some beer tokens for the Helm.

So net -2 for 2023.
