    OCTOPUS ENERGY "WHEEL OF FORTUNE"

Just won TWO Octopus Energy 'Wheel of Fortune' prizes after 'spinning the wheel' four times – two spins for Electricity and two spins for Gas :)

Wheel was spun 'differently' to the method used in previous months – there are several ways of activating the 'spin'

I will donate the ££ to charity.

Keep thinking 'Why bother?' Always a big fat zero for me too after years of trying. Congrats to the OP!

Details of the different spinning and ways to activate it might be helpful to other customers.

Well done - never had a winner - I’d be happy if they just responded to my emails
Great service until I had ‘smart’ meters - by bills seem to alternate between gas only and electric only and on the display both start a 20p / day

Yes you can - they still let you spin each wheel once a month.

I've been on an Octopus smart meter for a couple of years and often have a spin.

    I've never won anything mind.

I’ve won SFA (I just click to spin),but I do still enjoy their random facts including those about octopuses.

Congrats. I've been spinning for ages and never won anything. I was beginning to wonder if it's possible to win.

It's just a bit of fun. After a friend suggested they should lower prices instead of offering the Wheel of Fortune prizes, I calculated that the total monthly prizes are funded by the equivalent of 1penny from every £100,000 revenue - which is insignificant. Total monthly revenue is c. £166 million and rising.
