That's very sad: we saw her quite often performing fly-pasts at outdoor concerts and events around Cambridge, and I met her once briefly at Duxford. A star.
The last flight I saw was at the Audley End house arena at a 'Last Night of the Proms' - the Merlin howled as the band played Nimrod, and there wasn't a dry eye in the house...
