    Superb service from Sinn

I needed a few extra screw pins for my 857/UX bracelet, so I ordered five from Sinn.

Ordered Wednesday the 30th of Nov, arrived today (5th December).

    Cracking.

I think sinns service is more hit then miss which is great. Thinking about picking one up as I do miss my U1 and chrono.

What I liked is that they were fast to respond to enquiry. Replied within a couple of hours.

I may well just end up buying a new bracelet directly from them as my WTB is nonforthcoming.

I've ordered a bracelet from Sinn via their website and asside from a couple of days wait for them to respond, everything went really smoothly and it arrived without any problems and only UK VAT (it was sold without the German VAT as they are properly set up / registered).

I don't know why anyone bothers with a UK retailer, or goes hunting for used parts, when Sinn are easy to deal with direct, perhaps folks don't know or just assume it'll be unreasonably expensive.

That's good to hear. Which bracelet did you order and what was the total price?

Which post are you quoting? I can't find "being in perfect condition" in the thread.

Vbulletin isn't letting me edit posts, it just deletes them.

The bracelet was brought new and carefully stickered up, so no marks from transit or storage; unlike Damasko who make no effort.

Model was the 756, which has a tegimented bracelet. Price was £255.48 plus £62.26 for UPS who collected the UK VAT on arrival (no German VAT was charged by Sinn).

Sorry for the confusion, it was the reply about buying the bracelet from Sinn (I was assuming it would have been new). But graciously answered above.

More exceptional service from Sinn. I ordered a bracelet for my UX on Wednesday the 14th of December, arrived this morning (Friday the 16th) - and that's from Germany to the UK during the busiest time of the year for postal services. The German VAT was discounted and the VAT and customs easily paid via a link on UPS.

Just brilliant, and lovely people to deal with.

Oh, and they included a Christmas card in the invoice envelope too.
