Ha! Pricey purchase and still reeling a bit from it, but the watch is simply superb. Chuffed to bits, but some sales may be necessary as I do have too many watches....

    I do have a 27.01 if you're interested :p

Yeah, I saw that, and would love it but Ming still owes me two watches and my collection is of his wares is in danger of getting out of control.

Double omega day for me. Dynamic for the school run this morning, then a chance to wear something dressy for the staff night out.

    Have a great weekend everyone.

(Just noticed I hadn’t wound the date on at the end of November… sorted now).

    Andy.
Either this is a stunning colour I didn't know they do the Monster in or it's black and you've found stunning light to make it look whatever kind of blue/grey hue you'd call this!

That is a beast, however the dial is a small % of the watch face!

Yep, as mentioned it’s the 2022 Save the Ocean monster. The dial is indeed lovely… actually far nicer in real life (I’ve never had great results with my iPhone). It changes depending on light, and can sometimes look like it has a slight sea green tinge to the blue. It’s also darkens nearer the edge of the dial.
For me, this and the penguin feet dials are the pick of the bunch.

Strangely, I’ve yet to see an AD have this looking good in their window display… the seem to always manage to avoid the light source… so it’s very easy to miss or overlook.
