Tunnocks caramel or Choco Leibniz
Also quite partial to a digestive.
How have we got this far without anyone mentioning shortbread? Flour, sugar with more butter than you can shake a stick at - simple but effective. I'd say Walkers as the default choice, but always happy to stuff others in my face.
Just about everything in Fox's range, but their crunch creams and milk chocolate shortcake round don't last very long
My earliest memory of NICE biscuits was my mums friend coming round one day nibbling on one of these for well over an hour, whilst chatting to my mum. I look back now and still scratch my head as to how she managed that!

These are not quite the same as Jammie Dodgers, so we call them Dodgy Jammers.
Don't just do something, sit there. - TNH
My favourite biscuit?
The one that was in front of me, at whatever point in time I spotted it.
With a pint mug of tea, a splash of milk and no sugar. Dunking optional, though usually not.

^^^^^McVities cafe noir, iirc
Bit sweet but, nice with coffee

Quite partial to a Biscoff/Speculoos.. but those Tunnock Caramels are heavenly. Nom nom.
Don’t often eat biscuits but I do like plain chocolate digestives and chocolate chip cookies.

I wouldn't think of Caramel as a biscuit and I'm not a fan really.
A straightforward Digestive is fine with me, although there are very few proper biscuits that I don't like.
Digestives are great with cheese, but I can't help feeling that chocolate digestives with cheese is a cry for help!

Breitling Cosmonaute 809 - What's not to like?
I had a Rich Tea with a cup of tea this afternoon in a gun shop and it was very nice. I know that is boring drivel but I like to fit in.
Didn't have to, didn't eat enough of them for that. ;-)
All butter Scottish Shortbread.
chocolate rich teas were brilliant but seem to have disappeared these days.
Lemon puffs were another good one. Crumbs everywhere!
The Tunnocks factory did tours. Don't know if they still do.
For me the classic chocolate digestive, but whatever happened to Morning Coffee biscuits?
The ones without the chocolate coating were always better, I’ve never seen them for sale for 30+ years though.

For me it has to be the "club" biscuit. Flavour depends on the beverage, mint with coffee, orange with tea. And keep them in the freezer. Heaven.

I'm quite fond of Italian fig rolls

And thanks to a member here (you know who you are!) the C-B household have also become quite partial to these:

In the Sotadic Zone, apparently.
Can't believe I'm the first vote for Maryland Chocolate Chip Cookies LOL. I had to stop buying the double packs, as I'd go through both packs in about 10 minutes of spectacular gluttony ....
And these are great (if you can find them). First had them in Tuscany. They pop up in HomeSense/TK Maxx every now and again ...

Dark chocolate covered Gingers. Currently working my way through a box of Border's.
I wish I’d had that before! Was 6yrs back now & still miss the access to Maryland, Dodgers, Wagons & all sorts of shortbreads. Oh and competitive tasting in the market.
Shortbread wise, there are only a few who make it & the butter content affect on price is scary. 6yrs ago the COGS on butter doubled and sent P&L spiralling. God knows what it looks like now for the retail price.

Been happily munching on these lately:
Their peanut butter cups are absolutely delicious, too.
