Virgin media business issues

Poor service
My mums working mens club has virgin media business broadband.
It’s playing up at the mo. Keeps dropping our and is really slow
My mums got lung cancer and I’m trying to help her out
I was on hold for 55 mins this this morning before I eventually gave up
With virgin business they to;s us we would receive prompt and excellent customer service
Any other recommendations for business broadband?

Do you have a fibre contender where you are? E.g. Hyperoptic, Gigaclear, G.Network, etc. They may be able to do well if available to you.

Best way is to go to their websites and check their service areas. They'll tell you whether they are supplying your area now or perhaps in the future.
