Technically they should sell it to you without VAT, you will then pay UK VAT and import charges from the courier.
I'm looking at making a purchase from Zeitlounge.com? They are bricks and mortar German authorised dealer. It says on their website that VAT is included. I was wondering if anyone has any experience of them and if they incurred import VAT.
