Artem are worth a look.
My IWC 8 day Portofino comes with a pin buckle as standard. I prefer deployments which seemingly requires a new strap too. Plenty of choice in that respect but clasps? The IWC is £350 but can’t find any alternatives other than under £30 which I expect aren’t much good. Anyone know where to source a decent one?
Artem are worth a look.
Why do you need a new strap?
Looking at the IWC site, it appears that the supplied strap will take a single/double deployant.
I'd suggest looking at Hirsch or Hadley Roma deployants.

I’m the opposite. Generally find deployant clasps uncomfortable.
From IWC -
IWC 18mm STEEL DEPLOYANT
£350.
From ABP Concept Paris -
IWC STYLE 18MM STEEL DEPLOYANT
£30 plus any charges.
Check what size you require. 16mm deployants are also available.

...or you can reverse the pieces as eg. Patek & GS do.

You may need a new strap, but not always. I've a watch on a standard strap with an omega style deployant, and another on a butterfly style deployant, both are bulky divers and with normal/pin buckle straps and work ok.
I agree it is much bulkier than a pin buckle, this can help balance a bulky watch head and reduce roll around the wrist.
Moseyed down to the IWC boutique the other day to see what’s what. They showed me how the recommended clasp for my watch wouldn’t fit - my strap is too long on one side meaning the clasp would be too one sided on the wrist. But they found a different version that would fit so I’m now £270 lighter but it’s decent. Although I’m wondering how much worse off I’d be with the Hirsch clasp and saving £240. I’ll never know…
