    Larger thickness spring bars?

I’m looking for a set of thicker spring bars, the thickness I can find is 2.5mm does anyone know of any thicker ones available?

    Hi
    You didn’t mention the length.
    2.5 are readily available.

Have you thought about bulking that up with stainless steel rod or heat shrink?

    Yeah it’s 22mm

Found 2.5 and most places do all the lug widths I just didn’t know if there were any thicker sizes out there.

You may have difficulty finding bars that are thicker than 2.5mm. I've never seen nor heard of them.

Is it for a standard strap or a nato? I'll explain why I'm asking.

The holes in most straps struggle with 2.5mm thick bars (unless they are a Seiko fit for their fat bars like Uncle Seiko straps as an example).

A nato strap would be a struggle to fit with very thick bars due to the gap between the case and thick bars.

Why would you need thicker springbars? Struggling to see the logic here!

It’s something I did on my custom Submariner and they must of been 2.5mm

Like my Sub my Pelagos isn’t really designed for a nato so the spring bar position is low in the lugs, by using thicker bars it moves the nato up and inwards slightly to help with the case gap.
