    Chill to these vintage photos (some cool cars, weird stuff)

    I'm fascinated by vintage photos which depict events from history, celebrities, etc. There are a few YouTube channels which have slideshows and below is a sample of some pics.

    The second to last one, which isn't a photograph (and if authentic) is really telling...

    The years have robbed science fiction TV shows and films of some of their impact .. depictions of video telephone calls in UFO, Star Trek, The Jetsons and the like seemed fantastically futuristic. Not any more.

    But we still don't have flying cars or robot butlers.

    This picture of Gagarin reminds me of MMA fighter, Fedor Emelianenko, "The Last Emperor."
