This level of doxxing is what scummy sites like 4Chan are notorious for; it's a sad day when TZ-UK descends to the same level. All this information could have been passed on by PM.

An alternative view, supported by facts and timeline in this thread is that the seller has gone no contact despite saying they’d resolve it, and the information has been gathered to support the buyer in resolving. With a name and address he can pursue small claims which is a significant gain.

I'm afraid we're going to have to disagree, there was a time when seller and buyer could have sorted all this by PM, any hardships explained and some form of repayment structure put in place, it's the sellers failure to engage with the buyer that has brought us to where we are, you appear to be suggesting that the sellers reluctance to engage with the buyer is due to a TZ witch hunt, in my opinion ''that ship has sailed''.

The photo link & related account is not protected or secured & therefore by definition it is already in the public domain is it not?
Tbf it's also used when all the publicly available information about someone is aggregated in one place.
Its a wee bit of a stretch in this case but not actually wrong.
What about when they have already released the information online themselves, say in a fb post, photo sharing site, requests for charity to help overcome personal hardship or perhaps even interviews with news papers be they local or national?

That is not a total unreasonable stance, the issue I take with it is that Juice has created this situation by ghosting the buyer, if he had responded to lenlecs multiple pm’s & WhatsApp’s with a simple ‘it needs to wait till payday’ then expectations would have been managed, by ghosting him he has unfortunately left himself open to investigation.
The fact he has not even attempted to re-engage here to me speaks volumes.
Why no feedback in H&V though?
