Question What watches are you wearing most . . .

For me it changes with the seasons. At the moment it’s tending to be either of these two:

I am liking the NTTD on its bracelet. As Steve said after wearing on the bracelet for a while it somehow melds itself to the wrist and is very comfortable. The YM40 RG is super to wear and it somehow makes me feel special wearing it. But for garden and pool cleaning duty the Omega is hard to beat.

(and this was an excuse to try pictures direct from phone to web - ditch the prosumer camera!).

    What are you wearing most?

A cheap Chinese Lobinni with a microrotor movement. I generally don't wear my quality watches to work and seeing as how I seem to spend the majority of my time there the good stuff tends to only get weekend outings.

When not at work, My BB58 it just seems so ‘right’ and feels special whenever I wear it.

My Sinn U50 has hardly left my wrist this summer but I'm away on holiday now and have opted for my bb58.

    Feels a bit smarter.

To all past and current posters on this thread, please desist in using the term “at work” it will clearly alarm Martyn who has already forgotten the meaning of the word:)

To be fair he does have to net leaves out of the pool and peel his own grapes.

I'm prone to change watches more often that I change my undercrackers, but I've realised the rotation doesn't actually extend very far into the insane number of watches that I actually own, with this 8 seeing 90% of the action -

The PO tends to be high-days-and-holidays wear only, and the Nite gets to live-up to its name, accompanying me on the midnight dog walk.

    All makes perfect sense, honest...

I made a decision to try and wear a different watch every 3 days and decided that if I wasn't wearing one it would go. I've roughly stuck to that, though newer watches get more worn more initially. Overall I'd say my Pepsi gets slightly more than anything else.

My 2 watch collection. The Damasko definitely gives me a sunshine and go-anywhere vibe so is worn most days just now, with the sub getting more wrist time in winters.

My Bremont ALT-1P & Tudor BB chrono' seems to get the lions share of wrist-time these days.

    and fairly frequently, my Anonimo.

Really need to trim down the watches I rarely wear.

I’m seem to have a lot in rotation! Daily is usually of the the three Sinns’, G10 or vintage Seiko. I’m currently away on holiday and took a 14060M, BR03-92 and a yellow G-Shock.
I share my love equally ;)

I've had this Wolbrook chrono for more than a year, and find I wear it 95% of the time. I just love how it looks on the wrist, and its functionality.

(I posted this image on the Panerai thread too)

I’ve been wearing these 42mm submersibles in rotation almost exclusively recently. I love the size and the aesthetics. I’ve had the 682 and the gray dialled 959 in the past and regret selling them. A 959 would be a nice addition to the set.

Wearing this a lot at the moment. So comfortable and a classic for sure. Still prefer this over the modern iterations.

I've checked my records, and it turns out that I wear 25% of my watches 95% of the time.

Mellor is ahead at 28%. GS in 4th place at 17%, but is the newest and is likely to make ground.

Last year I saw someone track their daily wear and put it up at the end. Thought it was interesting so copied it for myself this year.

These are the top two so far for 2022 but I only bought the LV five or six weeks ago.

This pretty much every day since buying it. Unless I go into London or I’m doing some consultancy work. Then it’s something of less value

For me it was my Mellor consistently with the odd wear of my Seiko SKX007. However, the last month or so, I’ve been wearing my Seiko which has gone from losing 20ish seconds per day to losing a couple of seconds per day.

The Mellor has gone from gaining a second or two a day to losing 4 seconds a day. So that’s resting at moment. I’m wishing it a speedy recovery. It worked for the Seiko.

For myself, over the summer it has been my Seiko SPB151J1 but as autumn now begins, my BB58 has taken the top slot as my daily wearer.

I’d say since getting the DJ36 I’ve been wearing that one the majority of time over the summer over the Sub and Pepsi.

The Sub comes out when it’s the black style whilst the Pepsi gets picked out for events and diners.
