My Operation is due on Tuesday, when I went for my pre op yesterday they said they were cancelling all theatre work on Monday and rescheduling it.

It's not funny, it's actually unacceptable that a team leader feels fit to ask a very simple question that he should instinctively know the answer to on a watch forum. If your team knew this they would be far from pleased and would have no confidence in you.
