    Two stand outs for me

Wasn't the last one the Queen's favourite photo? It was taken by Sophie Countess of Wessex at Balmoral. It's a nice reminder that they had family day outs like all of us.

I always liked her driving, I just found it amusing that she drove round in Range/Land Rovers with confidence..

I think it’s definitely this one. Firstly because she has signed it and secondly because it relates to a building that I had a hand in designing and which she opened.

    It hangs above the khazi.

    In the Sotadic Zone, apparently.

This is a lovely montage of QE2's lighter moments captured on video and set to music:

This is my favourite. Cecil Beaton knew how to take an atmospheric photo.

This one. For me the same look and feel as the iconic pic of Connery next to the Aston.

That for me is perfection itself.

It's things like that which show her true nature, despite the position she found herself in from birth and the commitments she had to maintain.

    Does this one count?...

I can see her watching Naked Gun and having a good laugh - I think that was her personality.

I'm no royalist, but that' the one for me, too. There are some B&W from the same date, too.
