Are they not EVRI now?
Are there new Contact numbers?

Yes... an oxymoron, I know....
I have a few feathers to spit and have no way of contacting them. There's no live chat or message access on the website, which seems to be predominantly German based. Their FB page has been taken down and the only phone number I can find is 01656-766458 which just rings out unanswered. Does anyone have a phone number or email address I can use pls?
Thanks
Rob

They've always deliberately made it impossible to contact them, since they know full-well that their service is utter, utter s***, and they really DGAF!
Sorry, not helpful, but I hate them so very much, just had to vent...
I look them up on www.ceoemail.com.
Always useful if you get nowhere with them.
The fb page has contact nuber in one of the Comments on the first or second post

Scum. Sub human scum.
Harsh, but fair.
I thought you were having problems with a horribly overpriced silk scarf and couldn't understand the responses.
I probably send about a dozen parcels a week using EVRI and seldom have a problem.
On the odd occasion that I do, I agree it’s not easy finding the right way to get action but there is a way.
Can’t help I’m afraid, but trying to get hold of someone for a missing parcel was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I gave up in the end and just got a refund.

You can start a chat on their (EVRI) webpage. Initially probably a bot, hopefully connecting to a human eventually.
Edit:- Or try here https://evri.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html

One thing I do with Evri/Hermes is to have the parcel sent to a collection point (Local co-op for me) which eliminates all the nonsense around parcels being left in bins/wrong door etc etc. It also means that Evri have tracked possession right to the point the parcel is actually placed in my hands. This has worked so far...
The flip side of this is that most of the time I have a problem, it’s a parcel sent to a pick up point, shop etc.
I’d venture that “Hermes customer service” has overtaken “civil servant” as the greatest oxymoron in the language. With particular emphasis on the “moron”.
This has worked for me since a high value Nespresso order never got delivered and had to be resent by them. I live in the sticks a bit and there is always a question on the local fb group asking for contact details of the local Hermes/Evri driver, problem is they don't stay in the job long enough.
