I've been playing with the Zuludiver Octopod straps, I have 22mm and 20mm versions, have tried them on mostly Seiko dive watches and find them very comfortable and a neater look than Nato straps.
I was looking for a watch to match this strap, the IWC has 21mm lugs but the elasticated strap fits quite well, gives the watch a nice summer look.

Prices have been steadily creeping up, it is a cracking watch and wears perfectly at 42mm.
