NATO straps are great if you like the industrial look. Phoenix and CWC do the bread and butter basic NATO very well. Phoenix are thin, robust but do fray and show wear quite quickly, the CWC versions are better quality in my view while retaining the same design basics. Eddie's TF Natos are well regarded too.

There are cheaper options and many more expensive choices too. 'Seatbelt' type are considered a more luxury choice, smoother fabric and generally a bit thicker but I've had mixed results with the pricier options and prefer the basic straps.

There's a rabbit hole just waiting to be dived in to..........

Have a look at Cheapest Nato Straps, watch obsession and Zulu Diver the latter are probably best if you are looking for a colourful strap.

I get most of mine from watchgecko, they are slightly longer than most and very good quality.

^ this. Had quite a few from them and they've all been good quality and quite reasonably priced.

CWC for me. They're heat welded, not stitched, as per the military spec. That said, Watchgecko are dependable too.

Watchgecko for me. Timefactors used to be very good, but I don't like the current versions.

George’s Straps seat belt NATO but unfortunately the website seems to be no more.
I’ve not tried the EBay seatbelt NATOs yet

I have one watch with fixed bars, and that’s on a CWC NATO. That’s a great quality strap
