Central seconds Panerai - PAM00029

I've seen a Panerai GMT limited edition on watchfinder with central seconds, which I've never seen before on a Panerai. Its a PAM 00029 'Tuxedo' GMT.

Are there many central seconds Panerai or is this the only one? I don't like small seconds but other wise really like the asthetics of Panerai. Seem to be quite a few available used so maybe not that popular due to the central seconds?

The dial looks very understated in low light, but a touch too visible in strong light on the web images. Not sure how the dial would work out in real life?
