Sinn EZM 9 vs Tudor Pelagos

A friend has sent me a link to teo watches he fancies. A used Pelagos, and a new Sinn EZM 9. He asked what I’d go for, if it were me. I said I have no idea! I think the Sinn is amazing, but the movement seems fairly…bog standard? Whereas the Pelagos has the great in house movement.

The fact I couldn’t decide made me think, what would the forum get? My guess is the Pelagos?

The EZM 9 is an incredibly looking watch. I'd love one but can't stomach the price.

I'd go for the Pelagos on bracelet in blue but the movement might not be as in house as you think.

If it's the black MBF has one on SC at the minute.

The Pelagos is a lovely watch - I used to have one.

If your friend is likely to want to sell the watch at some point, I'm feeling the Pelagos will be an easier sell than the EZM9.

Sinn makes a great quality watch.

At the end of the day...

...Which does your friend think will look best on their wrist?

    They've got to wear it.

    And if they can't decide...

...Then maybe it doesn't matter which one they get =)

As much as my forum name suggests otherwise, I would take a Pelagos. Even with the extra text on the dial of the in house version.
There are other Sinn’s in a similar price bracket I would prefer.
Bracelet, clasp, lume, bezel action will all be better in the Tudor.
