Basically, wait for one on eBay. I bought a new one a couple of years ago for my Speedsonic and it took a while before one came up NOS, wasn't cheap either.

Pretty sure they're not even available from Omega any more.

Unlikely he'd have a spare, but you could also try Paul at Electric Watches. https://electric-watches.co.uk/

If it's the day / date movement is that not a 1260 calibre?

If so, this might be what you're looking for here:

    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/284111012728

You'll need to use the drop down menu for the specific part but there is a day disk indicator in there for a 1260 movement.

Thanks, but its not worth the effort. I have tried on previous occasions. He is almost permanently on holiday. It can takes years to find a time slot when he's actually open for business (it took me two years), and then he does not answer his email.
In my experience trying to contact the bloke is an utter waste of time and effort.

Yes, you're correct, it is actually a 1260. I did find that ebayer before I posted. I was a little concerned that the date wheel offered was cream rather than white (I'm very colourblind.)

Back in february I managed to source a date wheel for a 1250, but I can't find the website I purchased from. I know they're out there, somewhere...

There are 7 days in the week, I'd just learn 7 dutch words (probably close to German anyway) :)

I actually do like somewhat exotic day wheels. Generally use the Japanese ones on my Seikos.
