Amazon to buy iRobot

I'm not given to conspiracy theories, but neither am I stupid enough to believe that this is a chance purchase.

Amazon has Ring door/camera systems to watch, Alexa to listen, and now another more mobile device that can map out your home and has a camera. Amazon is going to know a heck of a lot about you and your home with nothing you can do about it except not use the products.

Not sure my next purchase is going to be iRobot again when mine needs replacing.
