I bought a cheap job-lot of NATO straps from Amazon so thought I would do a quick ‘fashion parade’ in case anyone is wondering whether to go with a different coloured strap.
RAF blue/grey works best to my eyes, followed by olive green.
Totally subjective, obviously.
They all look pretty good to me although I think I like the low contrast light grey and the dark blue the best.
Looks good on the sand colour, I might try that on mine.
IMO canvas really just doesn't suit such a crisply-executed retro-modern watch, I'd put it on a rubber/FKM/silicone pull-thru if it were me, e.g. -
Not my favourite but I like it a lot.

Nice watch and nice strap with that white line!.

The metal ring at 12 is split to facilitate removal for fixed lugs.

Looks great with the colour combo, quick question, will Erika's customise the strap to accommodate if you tell her it's for a fixed lug watch. At present I am using the open-ended type (from CWC) on my RN diver but do like all the options Erikas has to offer.
Took delivery of a CONUS only delivery for a friend, taking the watch to him in the UK in December. Decided to try a few straps on it, including the Vario fixed lugs strap. Definitely an interesting combo!

This is from back in July 22 but I only just saw it. Forget about Nato straps. A gent going by the moniker SolaVeritate has attached a bracelet to a PRS-40 Auto.
Considering that the L2L of the Auto is around 54mm the extension must add at least another 3mm.
Long story short, the bolt with a screw sphere at each end is from a body piercing kit.

I wouldn't be doing any of that but I congratulate the effort. A proper Mad Max fix.
