    +1 for bezel lume

I love lume on a bezel. Makes a bezel work in the dark, strangely.

Agreed, I like the lume on the bezel. Honestly, I love the design as is, can't wait for it to get released. Think I may like the black a bit more, but I'd gladly wear either!

Edit: NVM, just saw the other post, mid-June. Perfect :). Will miss it for my summer vacation but still, really love the design.

I have to admit that I much prefer the other non bezel prototype. These just look generic whereas the previous accidental prototype was unique and original.

    Just my opinion

That looks nice. Is the cream dial the same colour as the Everest Expedition?

As it happens I agree. If we use the language of the Mission Timer... it is called "Stainless Steel Bezel" and I believe it has a steel instead of a ceramic insert. Personally I would not be interested in a colourful bezel but would most definitely be buying a steel bezel.

I must say that they look fantastic. Especially on the jubilee.

I thought there was going to be a three-hander to be called 'Traveller' and a GMT to be called 'Traveller GMT'. As these GMT are called plain 'Traveller', does that mean there will not be a three-hander?

Definitely queuing up for the ivory dial version, even if I don't manage the purchase in time

They look lovely. Is the case similar to the Commander, looks like it from the lugs.

I decided there wouldn't be much point for a three hander.

Both versions are superb - really good-looking watches offering something different: I'm hard-pressed to decide which I prefer.

The white one has a stepped dial and the black one doesn't.

I've already cracked. If there is no steel bezel on offer, I'll just take a white one please.

Those are very pretty things. Stepped dial, very nice indeed.

I think the black is stepped as well. It's just more subtle/harder to see on a black dial versus a cream one.

You are absolutely right. I had to really magnify it to see it.

And the jubilee looks fully brushed, right?

I would also prefer fully brushed but I am afraid that you are right because the spare jubilee for sale (on the Timefactors site) has polished centre links.

Any chance for fully brushed Mr Platts?

Looks good - especially without any awful red anywhere to be seen. However, I'd prefer a stainless steel bezel on the cream dial.

And there was I thinking the orange looks a bit out of place and that a red GMT hand would look better. Just goes to show how hard it is for Eddie. Customers. Can't live with them, can't live without them.

I'd prefer a blue GMT hand on the black version.

I am not sure it does?
The gmt is showing just after 15:00
The local time is show as 16:06
So the GMT has is set to GMT at the time of writing) when compared the local time (BST)

Ah yes, could be I suppose. I was comparing it to the shot of the black-dialled one and assumed they were both set the same way.

If the GMT hour is indeed 15, the hand does look a fair bit further past the hour than the local time, though, but that could be the angle of the shot.

What's the thickness of the watch? Thanks.

Also: Eddie, these will probably be very very popular. Will you have decent amounts of these or only a small amount produced? Thanks!

I think I should post a WTB for a cream dial one now; I very much doubt I’ll be quick enough on the keyboard when they’re released.

The hands are fine, it just wasn’t set for the original photos.

11th June is the preliminary launch date but things can change.

That doesn't sound enough to meet demand. I believe some of the Everests were built to this number and are all sold out now - I think these will be more popular. If these get sold out, would you make more?

Is this in the same or similar case as the Commander? I love that case and it would be great to have similar water resistance for the Traveller.

    Looking forward to this release!

    Interesting new movement from Miyota

Me likely the black one, but I presume it will be more difficult than getting tickets for Glastonbury.

Gotta be in it to win it though. Will keep an eye out.

Edit : the head has undertones to the Longines Spirit Zulu time

If it's popular, future order numbers will be adjusted accordingly but remember, this model has not been sold before so I have no idea how popular it will be.
