May I ask if this watch would have a ghost date position or will it be deleted? I could not find the answer searching in this thread.

The 9075 does not have an independent date adjustment position. The hour-jumping first position also changes the date, if I recall correctly. So even if you can't see the date the first position jumps the "local time" hour hand, so it's not exactly a ghost position.
