How about a Sundial?
In the long run that might be nice.

I was picking my planet ocean up from its service at Omega in Manchester today and got talking to a really good bloke and regular customer who was wearing the smiths everest special edition watch,.
I have to say that, for a watch at its price point of just over £300, it is an absolute belter! The finish and bracelet quality was very good - not much in it at all between my Omega and the Smiths - except perhaps the clasp, but thats opinion.
He told me he also had the silver jubilee version.
Im wondering if hes a member here - Mo... if you are are say "Hi" - great meeting you - you know your watches!

Ah, gotcha.
I was lucky enough to get an Everest Expedition on the rivet bracelet last year and it is indeed a great watch. I've been very tempted to come back for one on the non-rivet bracelet.
I think that there is still stock of this watch and so, although it currently says "SOLD OUT" on the website, I think there will probably be a batch for sale next Sunday. If there are any for sale then aim to complete the order with 30 seconds of the shop opening.

Find a few quid more and get yourself on the Helm waiting list for a Vanuatu.
Cracking watches, even better, I've decided, in Titanium.

Breitling Cosmonaute 809 - What's not to like?
Buy yourself a G Shock GW-5000U. You don’t know what you’re missing till you have an indestructible, always accurate, solar powered watch. You might even find you like it more than your Omegas. Yes I’m serious. New ones are around £200-250.
