I have used Paypal for over 20 years without the slightest problem until this morning.

Early this morning I received an email from Paypal saying two payments of £79.02 to recipient ZONG were pending, I have no idea who ZONG is.

I got in touch with Paypal and they advised me to change my password and that they would look into it and hopefully be able to advise me of some sort of progress within the next ten days.

What is the world coming to ?
