Has anyone used watchguy.co.uk? Looking for a reference before I send my treasured possession for a service. Thanks in advance.

Yes, sent a Tutima flieger chronograph there for a service last year. Happy to recommend them based on that one experience.

I have used them 2-3 times, very good experience.

The whole repair process is documented if I recall correctly, i.e. they take photos of every step they perform, which was nice.

Another positive experience, I sent my now departed Damasko chronograph there for a full service and all was good.
