Finally after years of hankering I bit the bullet.
Such a classic design and the perfect size @36mm

That's a pretty little trio – I love the silver Tudor.

The 14270 is a classic and you've inspired me to wear the 114270 today …

That's beautiful — congratulations! 36mm watches are really growing on me, and I'm getting the same hankering.

    Absolute classic.
Mine is the same as yours, tritium dial, no lug holes, from '96.
Wearing it as I type :)

My 14270 is Luminova rather than tritium, but whatever the detail the 36mm Explorer is a fantastic watch. Yours looks a great example.

I feel very fortunate to have ‘got the call’ and picked up my 124270 last week. My Westie doesn’t look that impressed but I have since become Explorer mad. If any of you haven’t seen it this is great https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=lukpuN6CAWE

Fantastic looking 14270 btw OP. But I’m increasingly biased where these Explorers are concerned.
