Are Tudor Princes (either the Datejust-alikes or Day Date-alikes) still current models anywhere in the world?
I know that the Glamour and Royal ranges seem to have replaced the Princes in the UK but I was wondering about other markets? I can't see any evidence to say that the Princes are still available but wondered if anyone knew to the contrary.

^^^ Excellent, thank you very much for that.
They make a massive range, don't they.
So much nicer than the Royal, and likely a nicer movement too.
There’s a reason the Royal is cheaper than the Style and Prince models imo.
It's just a matter of time...
Available in Japan (Tudor never “went away” here)

I suppose much smaller wrists in Asia (I'm assuming adults still the target market). Were these ever sold in the west, and did they prove to be just too small for western tastes?
Eh? These are not especially small watches.
Same size as a Rolex DJ or DD or Eddie's most successful watches.
I don't think size was the reason that Tudor withdrew from some countries. Afterall, the same sizes worked for Rolex and have continued to do so (yes, alongside larger models too). As far as I can tell it seemed to be more about model differentiation from Rolex in the marketplace in those countries that caused them to withdraw from those markets.
To be fair the prince date is 34mm. The date-day is 36.
I think 34 would be a hard sell in Europe and NA. I’m not making any assumptions about how well they would sell in Asia though
Ah, I hadn't noticed that. Thanks. I was only interested in the Prince Date+Day model. Yes, I agree, 34mm for men would be a pointlessly hard sell in Europe and NA.
All the same, it still seems to me that it was very likely issues over product differentiation that caused Tudor to be withdrawn from the UK market (and other markets?).
These were definitely sold in the uk for quite a considerable time before Tudor disappeared. I wonder if you could order one from a UK AD? I do find their range confusing once you step away from the Black Bay range. I only realised very recently they make a Black Bay Date - and still not sure if the heritage chrono is still a current model tbh?!?

Yes, I remember seeing them in some ADs a while back, and it feels like they should be able to get one in. I like the Date+Day a lot, but probably not enough to head to Asia to try one on...
You're very right about their range. As soon as you pass the Black Bay and Pelagos it gets a bit strange.

Yes, me too. The Glamour Date+Day versus the Royal Date+Day, one apparently a 'Sport' model and one apparently a 'Classic' model, versus the non-UK but very desirable Prince Date+Day, is all strangely confusing. Their range is seemingly vast.
Still current: https://www.tudorwatch.com/en/watches/heritage-chrono
But oddly, despite the 'Heritage' name, it's in the Sport section of the website and not the Classic section.
Giving this a bump, has anyone managed to source a Prince model in the UK?

I really like this one, would a UK AD order it in?
Thanks for your wtb reply Bruce but they are outrageously priced imo.
I asked in the Meadowhall Tudor boutique if l could order one and was told "no".
