    This is in the area I cover for work. Quite an expensive area too, well for Bridgend it is.

    I’ve just had another look on Google earth and it seems there are three houses all by each other with building works going on.

    I would pass, personally.

    Too late when it's an issue and you own it, added to people having the same reservations should you want to sell (never say never).
