Doesn’t seem very exiting from the release notes. Probably has important security changes though

I’ve noticed a few things speed up

I had hoped that it would rectify a problem I’ve had making calls, since the last big update.
However, it turns out that it’s actually the network (3) who are having problems, whilst upgrading masts to 5G in the area.

Are Shortcuts a new thing as they now appear on my lockscreen?

Shortcuts have been in iOS for a few years now. I use a few that I’ve downloaded or created myself. For example, I have a shortcut that automatically turns off rotation lock when I open the Photos app and turns it on when I leave the app.

I have another I use to enter my shifts into my calendar using a series of forms.

I also use the rotation lock shortcut with Photos, very useful.

Mention of the rotation lock shortcut got me thinking. I've now done a shortcut that keeps Low Power mode turned on when charging hits 80%. Neither is a big deal, just stops me being annoyed with myself when I forget to turn them back on.
