    Deployment clasps--- recommendations

Looking to buy some deployments to ease the wear on my leather straps.

Any companies recommended or links to them?

I'd say I'm not looking for the cheapest or the best of the best....just good value for money.

    TIA

Formex make an excellent range of lightweight carbon-reinforced deployants that are on-the-fly adjustable.

Was very happy with the ones I had - but, having tried many conventional variants, I also discovered I just don't get-on with deployants in general.

Ooh thanks for that. I hate pairing a good watch with a good strap and then putting some Chinese POS deployant on it. These look to be just the job.

I've had a couple from Mywatchmaker and have been impressed by the quality

By way of general recommendation, centred (butterfly) deployants are often more comfortable than single sided ones, as they tend to centre the watch better. They will also afford greater opening.

I've always been a fan of Heuer style clasps, used these a couple of times:
