Have always wanted one of these. So cool! I do have something of a consolation hopefully on the way though.

These two today, working in the garage most of the day then out for a pint or 3 early evening after getting scrubbed up.

1973 Omega Constellation, freshly serviced and refinished last week, and the trusty Casio. Bought the Omega many years ago from an ebay seller in Athens. Not my favourite watch but it makes a change, its unusual and its very much of its era. Centre links are solid gold, not capped or plated, this model was top of Omegas range back in the day and featured heavily in contemporary advertising. Managed to pick up a spare bracelet link recently from ebay whilst looking for something for someone else, synergy at its best and a definite stroke of luck!

Thank you Sir. The strap is an Erika's Original Trident strap - old style for fixed bars. I had to order the strap and then specify I wanted it made as "old style" for fixed bars (they have a couple of fixed bar options). I bought it for a CWC diver but it gets worn on several watches.

Woken by being stung on my hand by a wasp! The b*^$%##*!!* is now dead but come on!

Anyway, I'm in a quartz phase, swapping between G-Shocks and my Ray Mears 2, here on a ZuluDiver tropic.

Enjoy your weekend and watch out for wasps!

    Nodus Sector Field for me:

Had this just over a week now and pretty happy with it. I've had it on an Erika's MN strap for several days, which it suits well, but I switched back to the bracelet a couple of days back because I was going out to a couple of meetings and needed something that looked a bit smarter. Also, accuracy seems to be +3s since last Friday. In total. Needless to say, I'm happy with that!

Managed to seek out ‘the one that started it all’ recently. Cheap junk really, but it was my first vaguely proper watch in the late ’80’s - and must’ve sown a seed…

    Enjoy the sunny weekend
