The Panerai 00321 had a rare outing yesterday as I was in a suit for a change but today, have reverted back to the favourite. HAGWE

2 watches recently sold as part of a consolidation and then an unexpected call from an AD yesterday afternoon resulted in this incoming. Having owned the regular Pelagos some time ago, this is more different (better) on the wrist than the specs suggested. I only committed to going to see it but when tried on I was sold!

Have always wanted one of these. So cool! I do have something of a consolation hopefully on the way though.

Received this week thanks to OHG1X and liking it. Previously had an OysterQuartz for a short period but couldn’t put up with the load ticking so this is a welcomed alternative.

These two today, working in the garage most of the day then out for a pint or 3 early evening after getting scrubbed up.

1973 Omega Constellation, freshly serviced and refinished last week, and the trusty Casio. Bought the Omega many years ago from an ebay seller in Athens. Not my favourite watch but it makes a change, its unusual and its very much of its era. Centre links are solid gold, not capped or plated, this model was top of Omegas range back in the day and featured heavily in contemporary advertising. Managed to pick up a spare bracelet link recently from ebay whilst looking for something for someone else, synergy at its best and a definite stroke of luck!

Some absolute belters on show today, now two of those Master Quartz, and Walterweks Constellation is incredible also. I should have worn my TV dial MegaQuartz today!

As it is though I'm wearing this one for now at least. Birth year issued.

    Friday 6th May

Amazing what tech they cram into these.

For the non-golf players ( I’’m a newbie), the watch downloads the course I’’m playing, tracks the club I’’m using and as I walk around trying to find where the hell my ball went, it’ tracks how bad the shot was and tells me how far it is to the pin so that I can carefully ensure I miss it again.

    Anyway, happy Friday !

A good showing for the Tissot PRX this week, I like the retro integrated bracelet (very Oysterquartz but somewhat cheaper). Walkerwek's Omega Constellation is lovely, not usually my thing the bi-metal style but I'll make an exception for that.

Some great watches on this week's post.

They released along with the R version around April Last year. I think it’s just that they haven’t been in production that long that means there aren’t as many about. From what I’ve read there are waiting lists at most dealers but they aren’t mental like for the Nautilus or Aquanaut range.
