    Had to laugh!

Surfing tv just now and came across Collectible time pieces on the Ideal World channel. Not my first choice of viewing by any means; but great entertainment

I've picked up on this at odd times. It's surprising how quickly blingy crap (sorry, meant high end quality watches)sells.

    Homonyms are tricky, aren't they?

'Bombé' is a commonly-used word to describe a domed watch crystal.

His description of these highly collectable timepieces is "quite simply"(words Peter uses) the only reason I watch it.

Oh dear - he does it deliberately to be Funny, duh - it wasnt Bombe.

He was most amusing when he was at Bid TV.

I am sure that half the time on Bid TV he was pissed - and he mostly wore a Day date on a president when selling crap and stating that he "would love to own one of these" . It is less funny on QVC/ideal world but he still drops some in now and again.

He has a facebook page and somone even puts together mixes of him on Youte
