Are you sure it is Boxt and not Baxi?
If the former then no idea, it the latter they are a pretty decent boiler.
I am thinking of upgrading my combi any one used them.

I think customer experience is based on which local company your order gets passed to. Pricing seems very competitive and probably a great starting point for a ball park figure.

My father used them, very simple pricing and all extras (like new gas supply from meter to boiler) were all very fair and transparent. Price was great, installation was prompt. Good all round. Like mentioned above, experience will vary I’m sure dependant on installer they assign.
Use them a bartering tool for a rated local outfit.
I started the same thread last year and was warned off them by our members. The quote is for a vanilla install, no issues or problems whatsoever. I’m going to assume they’ve not been to your property yet? Therefore how can they survey the installation? Any problems they discover on the day will be chargeable. If they come across a major issue they’ll expect you to get that resolved on the day so they can continue.
I went with a local recommended Baxi installer and am so pleased I did. To meet new regs I needed to either have half of my kitchen units removed or have a soak away fitted in the garden. BOXI couldn’t have known that. Also the heating pipes are in the walls and BOXI would have known that either which could have been a huge issue.
I’m sure they’re great if you get lucky but I wouldn’t risk it.
Exactly this - told my plumber could buy the boiler for x installed in 3 days by BOXT. and I wasn't expecting him to match it, but be close enough. He fitted the same boiler in about a weekfor very similar money.
That said, if I didnt have a good local plumber I would have gone through with Boxt - guarantee is 10 years and with WB. Do check carefully, as I think it needs a magnaclean and WB controls to benefit from the guarantee - controls easily removed/not installed if you want/have something different.
I know two gas fitters who install for Boxt. They say it's much better all round than the big blue flame company, who they also both contract to.
Cistomers get a cheaper price, materials are normally on site. Only thing to bear in mind is if anythings missed off the initial quote then you will have to pay extra. Missed gas run, condensate run etc.
Our boiler broke down just before Christmas last year and we needed a replacement ASAP. Boxt came in with the best price and the boiler was fitted two days later. Fantastic service from start to finish but our install was a simple swap out.

Do you not have kickplates on your kitchen ? Why could it not run beneath them then our to the gully ?
Mine went into the soil pipe

Same for me, small soakaway filled with chips of something to neutralise it at my old house
My boiler is in an upstairs cupboard so the condensate was routed via the loft to the soil pipe with a pump unit by the boiler.

I am considering using BOXT for a new boiler and 10 replacement radiators.
I know new TRVs are included, but is all the changes to the radiator piping included as well?
My current radiators are very old and I imagine there’ll be a good bit of fettling and changes to the piping for alignment etc.
