Hi Guys. Anyone ever used them or know someone who has? Was it of any help? I have a few issues and was wondering if talking to them would be of any help.

Talking to anyone about any issues you might face is always a good idea. You might get the right person straight away, you might talk to more than person that can help

As above some company’s have free advise service for legal mental health and family issues , even your doctor or citizens advise may help depending on the subject

See if your employer has an Employee Assistance Programme, assuming you are employed as opposed to self employed or retired.

Many employers also now provide access to mental well-being apps with online support and even financial well-being support.

Just call them. They're not going to tell you off for wasting their time. The fact that you're even thinking about calling them means that you should.

Apart from that, you've made a good start by asking for help here, and if you could elaborate just a little more on the nature of your problem (no need to go into extensive detail), there's quite likely a professional here who can offer some help.
