    Very tempting
You’ve only got the one currently.

This can be for smaller cooks.

    There you go, sorted!

I just asked my wife and the look was enough. I'll sit this one out.

She’s not back from work for me to ask, but I know it will be the same look as when I raise the F1 pizza oven Ralf keeps cooking with.

    Cost me £150 too!

I was looking at these a few years ago but ending up getting a cheapie from Argos to tide us over which did sterling service TBF but gave up the ghost this summer.

There are cheap stands on eBay according to her indoors...although we have a table it can go on so not a priority...

Thanks Lewie for the heads up

    Glad some have bought it
I previously had a 3000 but was just really too big for me (on my own)so I’d bought a S/h Q200 last year with was great but the lure of a brand spanner was too much?
The side tables are useful and flip in (once cold) for storage - they are a bit flimsy and you can remove them if you have it on a large table
Once there folded up you can just tuck it on a shelf in the shed-
I cooked on mine 4 -5 nights a week this summer

Great PSA Lewie, and glad you made the purchase Simon.

Lewie, what size chickens are you talking about? Seems a bit small for 2 spatch & not the space for 2 indirect.

Only done a few spatch, but seemed to take a fair space up, & my only whole ones have been vertical or on a rotisserie.

    Cheers

I think you could get 2 large spatch on it- if not I’ll be in the doghouse Christmas Day
I generally have it on low an a chicken takes about an hour- I flip it every 15 mins

Fingers crossed you’re correct! Look forward to the photos from the big cook.

If I’m back on mid afternoon you’ll know it didn’t go to plan and I’m in the dog house 😂

I've had a Q1000 for a couple of years and it is really good for a quick BBQ of a small number of items of the same type. I start to struggle a bit doing multiple things at the same time due to the space. So I think one of these would probably be the sweet spot if you want a bit more flexibility on items or grill for more people than 4. I have mine on the portable cart https://www.weber.com/GB/en/accessor...vers/6557.html but I got the Q and cart for a good price at the time.

This guy on YT used to do all his grilling on a fire escape in New York but has since moved to the country but has a lot of Weber Q tips and recipes https://www.youtube.com/@GallaghersGrub

    Hope it went well.
